If you are shipping to a location where temperatures will be below 40 degrees during shipping, you must add a UniHeat 72 Hour Heating Pack to your order. Cuttings and plants have a very low chance of survival in extreme cold 🥶. If a heat pack is not added to your order, it is at your own risk. We cannot issue refunds for orders purchased without a heat pack during the winter season.
